Making the Most of Your Membership-Wintertime Activities

Don't let the chill of winter keep you indoors.  There's plenty to see and do in parks and public lands across the country, even in the winter. Voyageurs National Park

We are honored to have been invited to partner with Voyaguers National Park!  Located in International Falls Minnesota, Voyageurs is a water-based park where you must leave your car and take to the water to fully experience the lakes, islands, and shorelines of the park. Our staff has already started working with the Voyageurs park staff to begin planning operations to open 3 new Visitor Center stores for their 2010 season in May.  These will be 3 new stores where our members can receive 15% discount on their purchases as well as on Voyageurs National Park online store.   Look for more information to come about the park, new educational products, and the stores through our newsletters, website, and on our Facebook and Twitter accounts.

Membership Renewals

Your membership matters!  With our members' support we are able to provide funding for exhibits; educational programs for more than 21,500 students; workshops for hundreds of Boy Scouts, Girls Scouts, and teachers; events for thousands of visitors; hundreds of research requests; and many more educational activities. We also provide educational products and publications to millions of visitors helping them to understand their parks and to steward them.  Renewing your membership ensures that we can continue to achieve all of this and also provides you benefits that you can enjoy all year long.  We look forward to doing more good things in 2010 with your support!  You can renew now online!  We've added hundreds of new park stores across the country where you can receive discounts with your Partner of the Parks membership!
