ParkPalooza Sponsorship Opportunities
ParkPalooza is a 2-day event on the Gateway Arch grounds which served more than 15,000 visitors in 2008. Ten interactive venues helped provide ParkPalooza visitors first-time experiences or more in-depth experiences in fishing, camping, rock climbing, cycling, archeology, orienteering, historical dance, art and more! The programs at ParkPalooza are geared to address National Park Service initiatives of 'Engaging Children in Parks', 'No Child Left Inside', and 'Health and Recreation'. Visitors of all ages can get up-close to nature—both animals and plants as well as get comfortable with outdoor activities of all kinds.
ParkPalooza will be held this year on Saturday, September 12 and Sunday, September 13 from 9:00 - 4:00. Once again interactive programs will be held in ten different venues. Additionally, information and resources will be provided on the affordable and healthy lifestyle activities that visitors can experience in parks across the country.
